Dress for the elements. Suncream, hat, a waterproof layer (top and bottom), in cooler months warm clothing. A packed lunch and bottled drinks (no glass) and for hot drinks bring a flask.
A medium weight spinning rod and reel. Minimum 20lb line, braid is strongly recommended. Also a 12-20 boat rod and multiplier.
Alternatively we have everything on board available to hire for £5 or £10 depending on the length of the trip. This can be added to your online booking.
Pick is from Mudeford Quay, BH23 3NQ. Depending on the tide it will either be outside the Fish Stall or 50m further down on the steps by the cottages.
There is a large pay and display car park at Mudeford Quay. The prices can be seen on the BCP website : LINK
We recommend downloading the parking app, this way you can pay for the time requiered and top up if required.
Yes, provided it is within minimum size limits and bag limits.
BASS - min. length 42cm, max 3 per angler,
Bream - min. 28cm, max. 6 per angler
Absolutely, yes. Please let us know if you are if you are a complete novice at the point of booking, as we can ensure you get the assistance you need to enjoy, learn and have fun on the trip.
Yes, children of all ages are welcome on board. If you have children under the age of 10, we require fishing charters to be booked as a whole boat (which has space for upto 4 passengers). Children under the age of 16 require adult supervision.
Bookings are made directly through the website. All our available trips for the 2026 season can be found on our live calendar and booked directly with a deposit paid : LINK
The remaining balance is due onboard, at the beginning of the trip. This can be paid via cash or card machine. Alternatively if you want to settle up before the trip you can contact us to make a bank transfer.
